On Saturday, FLUID was happy to host a workshop from Service Design Drinks Munich: "From pen and paper to digital: Journey Mapping".
It was conducted by service designer Catherine Collins and graphic designer Laura Vidal from More than Metrics to introduce User Journey Mapping and their service design tool smaply to a diverse audience in our office. The event is part of the ongoing meet-up and workshop series on service-design organised by SDDM (Service Design Drinks Munich).
The workshop was structured in the perfect way to introduce people to the idea of creating personas and user journeys using an analog mode of working for the first half, and then slowly transitioning into how to digitize the journey map using the software smaply.
It was an very lively atmosphere and super encouraging to see like-minded people gathering to learn something new and do something creative on a sunny summer Saturday.
